The RESTAURANT is managed by a wise and expert hand of our chef Leonardo Cortesi who is able to cook the dishes of Tuscan tradition as well as some simple and innovative recipes.

The meat menu in its intriguing versions compete with the fish caught in Tuscan archipelago. All this is embellished by the most famous Tuscan wines which often step aside before our splendid local wine - Morellino di Scansano.
